Some of our products we don't accept returns or exchanges on due to hygiene reasons. These items include earrings, rings, all hair accessories, make up and beauty products.
If the item is faulty please get in touch with photos.
Other items we do accept returns and exchanges, this is at your own cost to send back or have a new item sent to you and we will only issue a refund or exchange when the item has come back to us. Without the item we can not send out anything else or refund.
This needs to be done within 14 days of purchasing.
Sale items are non refundable and can not be returned unless faulty
Again if you receive an item that is faulty please email us to tell us within 7 days of delivery, include photos so we can get it sorted quickly for you.
When we package your items to send out we check every item thoroughly to make sure it is ok and in good condition. Most of your items will arrive to you in a box which is protecting all your items. Some items will come in a mailing bag, if the item is breakable it will be wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it.
