Party lasts 1 hour 30 Minutes 

The shop will be closed while you are having your party so the shop is completely yours. 

Minimum of 5 guests & Maximum of 8 Guests.

Each guest will hand stuff their own bear that they have chosen and bring it to life making a wish on a heart and popping it inside their bear. They will also name their bear and take home a birth certificate with their new bears name on it. While they are making their bears we will have a disco light and music on. If you let us know your favourite songs we will make a playlist especially for you.

Feel free to bring a birthday cake so we can sing happy birthday but unfortunately we can’t eat or drink in the shop while making bears.

We have 4 packages available as we know everyone has a different budget for their parties and you can also add things on to you package as well. 

A 50% non refundable deposit is taken when booking your party to secure the date and the balance is to be paid no later than 2 weeks before your party. If the balance isn’t paid we won’t be able to go ahead with your party and you would lost your deposit. 

If we have to cancel your party because of government guidelines we will refund your deposit in full or if you have paid in full we will refund you in full. 

Package One -

1 Bear for each guest (Value £10.50) and colour in top (Value £2.75)

£16 per child

Package two -

1 bear for each guest (Value £10.50) and 1 outfit (Value £7.95)

£21.50 per child

Package Three -

1 bear for each guest (Value £12) 1 outfit (£9.95)

£25 per child

Package Four -

1 bear for each guest (Value £10.50) 1 outfit (Value £7.95) 1 pair of shoes (Value £5.60)

£27 per child 

You can also add extras to your party either for one child or all the children coming to the party. 

Scent - £2.50 per child

Take home box - £1 per child

Sounds - £2 per child

Other bears - £2 per child
